With the corporatisation of the Postal Services Department to PosBru, the public do not need to be concerned, because as a start, the current postal service rates will be maintained and all existing services and operations continuing as usual. The Deputy Minister of Finance and Economy for Fiscal as Chairperson of the Board of Directors of PosBru stated the matter at the Launching Ceremony of PosBru. According to Pengiran Datin Seri Paduka Hajah Zety Sufina binti Pengiran Dato Paduka Haji Sani, PosBru will ensure continuous commitment in providing services, towards the aspiration of a modern, responsive, efficient logistics organisation and in line with the changing times and needs of society, in addition to ensuring sustainable operating costs.

The ceremony continued with the inauguration of the PosBru Signboard which symbolises the new corporate identity and the company's strategic direction. It marks the beginning phase in PosBru's transition towards strengthening its role as a more robust, commercially viable, and digital-ready national postal operator. It took place at the Mail Processing Centre, Berakas, 3rd January morning.
